We do not sell personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
04 SMS and text messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from Tru72, the following terms apply. This section is provided to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements.
Opt-in consent
We send SMS messages only to phone numbers from which we have received explicit opt-in consent. Consent is captured at the point of opt-in (web form, written authorization, or verbal confirmation documented in our dispatch system) and a timestamped record of that consent is retained for compliance review. We do not text phone numbers that have not consented.
What you can expect
SMS messages from Tru72 may include:

- Review requests after a completed service
- Promotional messaging (sent only when you have provided explicit promotional consent, which is captured separately from operational consent)
Message frequency, rates, and carrier disclaimer
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your service and the messages you have consented to receive. Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan; Tru72 does not control or set those rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop receiving SMS
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Your opt-out is processed immediately upon receipt of the STOP reply and we will not send further messages of that type.

- You may re-opt-in at any time by submitting a new opt-in or contacting us directly.
Non-sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are excluded from any third-party sharing except vendors required to deliver the messaging service (such as SMS gateway providers, aggregators, and messaging platforms operating on Tru72's behalf).

06 Third parties and service providers
We share information with service providers to operate the business and deliver services to you. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for their independent marketing use.

- Workflo powers our reputation/reviews widget, aggregating reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Angi. Review data is publicly posted by you on those platforms and surfaced on our site.

Legally required sharing
We may share information in response to a subpoena, court order, regulatory request (including from the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or Washington Department of Labor & Industries), or to prevent or investigate fraud, threats to safety, or violations of our terms.
